FOOD OF BOTSWANA

as i already said in the earlier post that Botswana has many ethnic groups, each of this groups has different staple foods which originated long ago from their ancestors. the picture shown above shows the staple food of one of the ethnic group in the northern part of Botswana. it is porridge made from maize meal with mophane worm.
the plant above is a staple food of the other ethnic group called Bayeyi who stay in the place with abundant waters. it is a plant they get from the river or dam then they mix with red meat to make their deelicious meal.
